The holidays are right around the corner, and if you want to beat the overwhelm that comes with this busy time of year, you've got to be proactive about getting all the extra stuff done.
We already have so much happening day-to-day and this time of year we are running on overdrive. Annual deadlines, next year prep, and open enrollment at work, plus seasonal events, holiday parties, holiday shopping, and school break for the kids. There is a LOT going on for everyone.
Thinking about gifts and finding the time to shop is an added stressor this time of year. Thank God for Amazon and online shopping! With stress being so prevalent, everyone needs relief. With so many pressures to speed up, we need to be intentional about slowing down.
The importance of prioritizing our mental health and the implications it has on our daily lives, careers, families and relationships has come out of the shadows. It's now a main topic of conversation, and yet it still needs attention.
